Administrative Assistant II
Adecco is seeking for an organized self-starter with a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience
in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:
The ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and follow through is crucial. Must be extremely resourceful and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a quickly changing environment. This position requires someone who enjoys a team-oriented environment and who projects a positive demeanor regardless of changes in working conditions.Must display excellent problem solving abilities when faced with challenging deadlines. This person will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate flexibility in the face of change. This person is pro-active in nature and has an excellent sense of judgment while ensuring work is handled efficiently without the need for constant supervision.
- Pay Rate: $24.21/hr
- Work Hours: 8am - 5pm Mon – Fri
- Ability to utilize tact, diplomacy discretion and good judgement at all times, but especially
- Ability to identify critical issues quickly and navigate priorities based on last minute changes.
- An ability to display a high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with people at all
- Displays a positive and approachable personality, with a “can do" approach at all times.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility/adaptability as this position has a large range of tasks and grows with the teams
- Must be able to work with little supervision on daily assignments and must be able to take
- Proficiency with iCal, Keynote, Mail and other OS X based office systems a plus.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness are required.
- You will manage multiple floors which includes maintenance of printers, ordering and stocking
requests, escorting vendors, and acting as a security guard ensuring the safety of new
products.
- Processing credit card purchases (P-Card) for the teams, keeping digital receipts and sending
- Experience in processing POs, and record and track equipment for inventory audits.
- Order, track and distribute equipment for teams.
- On board new hires with equipment, access requests and desk allocation.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage conference room calendars and upkeep.
- Will provide backup support to the fellow admins when needed.
- BS degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Pay Details: $24.21 per hour
