• Proficiency in billing functions is essential, with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Demonstrable experience in calendar management, including scheduling and rescheduling appointments and meetings.
• Strong skills in client relations are required, with a focus on maintaining positive and productive relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is a necessity.
• Experience in handling switchboards, particularly those with 1 to 10 lines, is needed.
• Familiarity with managing conference rooms, including booking and preparing for meetings, is required.
