Leading financial protection company seeks Policy Forms Compliance & Development Specialist to advance competitive position and drive product compliance.
Responsibilities:
*** Serve as reference on policy forms for internal parties including Legal, Operations, Quality Assurance, Underwriting, and similar.
*** Evaluate and draft policy language for new and existing products.
*** Research competitor products for potential inclusion in new products and markets.
*** Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and perform statutory analysis of new legislation to determine impact to products.
Requirements:
*** Bachelor's Degree
*** 4+ years experience in underwriting or product development.
