Responsibilities
Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain plant production and production support equipment in a safe manner within the PCA Hexacomb facility. Tasks will include, but are not limited to responding to trouble calls to safely repair equipment and performing scheduled maintenance of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems that include AC and DC motors, starters, breakers, transformers, relays, fuses, AC and DC Drives, chains, sprockets, rollers, etc.Electrical equipment troubleshooting and repair will require exposure to voltages from 24VDC through 480 VAC.
The maintenance department’s main objective is to support the operation of a fast-paced packaging manufacturing facility by providing technical services in the preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, and functional improvement of all current and newly installed machinery while excelling in customer service and professionalism; ensuring our customers get the quality, consistency, and responsiveness they deserve.
