We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Dayton, Ohio. This role is pivotal in our customer service operations and requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with various responsibilities from answering phone calls to data entry and interacting with vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Efficiently process customer enrollments over the phone and maintain accurate records of these transactions.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update the customer portal.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email correspondence, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain customer records and perform various administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with vendors and representatives as required to ensure smooth operations.
  • Schedule appointments and manage customer accounts as necessary.
  • Contribute to the team by running reports and assisting with mail distribution.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks, ensuring all customer information is correct and up to date.
  • Proactively identify issues in customer accounts and take appropriate action to resolve them.

  • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Experience with email correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Experience in order entry in a customer service or related role.
  • Ability to schedule appointments effectively and accurately.
