Personal Injury Case Manager

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Personal Injury Case Manager to join a leading Plaintiff firm. This position can sit in Renton or Tacoma depending on candidate preference. This person will be in charge of a Pre-Litigation caseload and must have prior experience negotiating settlements with insurance carriers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the processing of personal injury cases.
• Utilize negotiation skills to close out personal injury cases efficiently.
• Maintain precise records of all cases handled.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing updates on case progress.
• Monitor case progress and take necessary actions to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure a smooth case management process.
• Ensure all case management activities adhere to legal regulations and standards.
