This client specializes in new construction, renovations, restorations, and modernization of large scale commercial and government buildings, including but not limited to, offices, universities/schools, courthouses, hotels, and multifamily residences.The client's headquarters are based in DC and does over 100M in revenue just in DC alone.
Job Description- Developing on site plans and procedures for field operations
- Coordinating and monitoring the activities of subs, supplies and labor materials
- Creating and updating progress schedules
- Preparing regular job reports for job meetings
- Making sure the job is completed on time and under budget

The Successful Applicant- 6-10 Years experience as a Superintendent
- Experience Leading Jobs over $30M
- Experience with a General Contractor is a must
- Experience in Design Build is preferred
- Experience in local government and K-12 contracting is preferred
