Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and helping others navigate their HR needs? We are looking for a dynamic HR Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting employees by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience across various HR functions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, timekeeping, and other HR-related matters.
• Assist employees in resolving HR issues by providing accurate and timely information.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Document and track inquiries to ensure follow-up and resolution.
• Collaborate with internal HR teams to escalate complex issues and provide solutions.
• Support ongoing HR projects, including open enrollment and policy updates.

Qualifications:

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in HR or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional HR-related certifications are a plus.
