Associate Attorney - Los Angeles

This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while still being an integral part of our dynamic legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of Casualty/Personal Injury cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide insightful and strategic advice to clients.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other related materials.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed and updated on case progress.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 2+ years experience in Personal Injury Defense.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.
