Senior Manager, PMM - Go to Market , Amazon Shopping Videos Growth

As a Senior Manager of Product Marketing driving Go To Market (GTM), you will be a core member of the Amazon Shopping Videos Growth (ASVG) leadership team. You will be responsible for GTM strategy and execution across video product experiences, including Amazon Live and Shop the Show, across both customer and advertiser segments.We are seeking a seasoned leader who will be responsible for setting the vision for their team to define and drive bar raising marketing strategies across customer and advertiser segments. This role will be highly visible, and will need to work collaboratively with internal management teams to achieve growth goals.
A successful candidate will be energized by collaboration and skilled at influencing cross-functional partners, they must be comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple priorities simultaneously in fast-paced dynamic environment. They possess high levels of creativity, independence, flexibility and attention to detail.
Key job responsibilities- Build out GTM strategies and frameworks that are scalable and repeatable across product sets, including both Amazon Live and Shop the Show experiences
- Develop and lead a team of product marketing and program managers.
- Oversee strategy, execution, performance and growth opportunities for high velocity events
- Lead strategy, brand positioning and GTM for new Shop the Show second screen experience, including development of marketing plans to build awareness and customer adoption in partnership with Prime Video and other cross-Amazon teams
- Partner and consult across Amazon Ads to develop Shop the Show monetization GTM strategy, positioning and packaging
- Lead and advocate for business opportunities and trade off decisions using a deep understanding of the customer- 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience managing teams
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams- Experience in inter-team working skills to develop partnership with partner, tech team and operating at leadership levels

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $168,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $278,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Amazon is a total compensation company.
