We are looking for a Credit/Collections Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Miramar, Florida. In this role, you will focus on managing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any inquiries. You will also monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Efficiently process and manage customer credit applications
• Maintain accurate records of all customer credit interactions
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to manage and track customer credit information
• Apply knowledge of B2B collections to manage customer accounts
• Use CRM to maintain and manage customer relationships
• Perform various accounting functions related to customer credit
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure all billing functions are performed accurately
• Monitor cash activity and apply cash applications as necessary.
• Proficiency in 3M and ADP
• Financial Services is necessary.
• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Experience in B2B collections is essential.
• Knowledge in CRM and Accounting Functions is a must.
• Ability to handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing Functions is needed.
• Proficiency in managing Cash Activity and Cash Applications.
• Prior experience as a Credit/Collections Supervisor/Manager is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
