We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator 2 to join our team!In this role, you will manage cloud system administration and messaging services. Your responsibilities will include providing operational support for the organization's information systems and peripheral equipment such as application servers, database servers, web servers, desktops, printers and storage devices.
Major Position Responsibilities:
- Maintains and supports the integrity of the operating system environment and various computer systems.
- Performs systems maintenance tasks, such as system back-up, recovery, and file maintenance to promote uptime and efficient performance.
- Acquires, installs, and tests system software upgrades and computer components.
- Configures software and resolves technical problems.
- Maintains documentation of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting procedures.

Basic Qualifications:
- Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience or Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
- Knowledge, skills & abilities: Backup/Recovery. Email Administration. Licensing Management. Problem Analysis. System Administration. System and Console Operations. System Monitoring. System Testing. Systems Troubleshooting. Technical Support. Upgrades Management. VPN Administration. IT Backup Software. IT Network Software. Network Security Software. Operating System.
- Critical professional related technical skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
- Discipline/Major: IT
- Knowledge, skills & abilities: Cloud System Administration experience (OCI, Azure). Knowledge in Messaging Services. Experience with Managed VMs, Native automation/monitoring, Disaster Recovery, O365 Suite, Messaging Services and managing Flexpod and other converged systems.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
- Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
Travel:
- No or very little travel likely.

Pay Range (USD): $59,500.00 - $110,500.00
