Responsibilities:- Accurately input and process sales orders in a timely fashion
- Provide administrative aid to the manager and sales team
- Handle and keep track of sales-related spreadsheets with necessary data
- Ensure alignment of details between purchase orders and sales orders
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and potential issues or inquiries
- Assist in preparing sales presentations by gathering data and developing presentation formats and materials
- Monitor sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, summarizing expenses, and forwarding them for reimbursement

- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as required
- Use CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, About Time, Cash Activity, Closing Processes, and Complaint Handling skills in daily tasks. • Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites is necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is an essential requirement.
- Applicant must be adept in using Microsoft Word.
- Experience with About Time software is required.
- The candidate must be knowledgeable in Cash Activity processes.
- Experience in Closing Processes is necessary.
- The applicant must possess skills in Complaint Handling.
