Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining & controlling liquor cost and inventory management
Communicate effectively and socially with Guests and staff
Keeps bar area and storeroom clean and organized
Greet Guests entering and leaving the bar area
Serve Guests at bar and occasionally table
Restocks bar with glassware and drink ingredients
Responsible for cash drawer, cash register, till and end-of-day reports
Complete various and appropriate side work tasks
Strictly follow the company's Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy
Work safely and comply with the Standards Of Service outlined in company handbook
