Robert Half is looking for a billing analyst. Ideally this person would have experience with invoicing, balancing accounts, aging, working in a larger ERP as well as pivot tables & vlookups with excel. Manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes.
2. Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies.
3. Handle monthly invoicing and direct payment processes.
4. Review, post, and reconcile customer payments and transactions.
5. Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries.
6. Generate and deliver relevant financial reports to the management.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any billing discrepancies.
8. Update client accounts based on payment or contact information gathered.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or a similar position in a Finance department.
2. Solid understanding of billing and financial concepts.
3. Strong knowledge of relevant accounting software, spreadsheets, and databases.
4. Excellent data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
5. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
