Customer Service Representative II (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time updates to customers via email and phone.
- Generate accurate and timely quotes for products and services with correct pricing and clear terms and conditions.
- Assist with managing existing contracts and ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
- Email the quote to the customer and follow up accordingly in an effort to obtain a Purchase Order (PO).
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- High school diploma or associate degree, or equivalent experience.
- SAP/Oracle experience is a plus.
