Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing activities. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various tasks and projects to drive business growth and maximize revenue.

Your primary focus will be on assisting with lead generation, managing marketing campaigns, and providing administrative support to the sales and marketing departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and competitive intelligence.
  • Assist in lead generation activities, including prospect research, database management, and lead qualification.
  • Coordinate between the sales and field teams to ensure seamless execution of new client start-ups/documentation.
  • Convert data from the CRM system, Goldmine, into a user-friendly format for the sales team.
  • Run comprehensive metrics and analysis on the current sales team’s performance to identify areas of improvement and drive sales growth.
  • Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials, such as brochures, sales kits, and website content, and social media posts; including assuring appropriate pictures are taken/coordinated for marketing purposes (internal/external).
  • Assist with trade show and event planning, including pre/post show prospecting, logistics coordination, booth setup, and promotional materials; assist with post-event activities to actualize value.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and marketing databases and CRM systems.
  • Assist in the coordination of sales meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling travel arrangements.

Requirements:Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales or marketing support role, preferably in the facilities services industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs as needed.
