Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager

The position provides an opportunity to create new processes and procedures, while offering a contract employment opportunity. This contract role will be hybrid on site.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication between the development team and business stakeholders in order to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Manage the development lifecycle, ensuring smooth operation and efficient delivery of solutions.
• Work on project management tasks such as project intake, prioritization, and building out project plans.
• Handle release management duties to assist with implementing new processes.
• Collaborate with outsourced inventory system developers and consultants on various projects.
• Employ Atlassian Jira, CRM, and other tools for managing tasks and tracking progress.
• Conduct gap analysis and A/B testing to optimize business processes and systems.
• Implement Agile Scrum methodologies and perform backlog grooming to ensure the efficiency of the development process.
• Document business processes and requirements in a Business Requirement Document.
• Oversee the software development life cycle (SDLC) using SDLC Methodology.
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Experience in Business Systems and CRM
• Knowledge of Gap Analysis and AB Testing
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
• Experience with Backlog Grooming
• Understanding of Business Process Functions
• Ability to create Business Requirement Documents
• Experience in Release Management
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and SDLC Methodology
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
