- **Should have managed teams, solution and project delivery**Experience working in matrixed organizationAbililty to navigate complex organizational structuresHands on configuration experience in both on prem and cloud environmentsExperience working on technical aspects of the program including but not limited to data migration, complex interfaces and architectureExcellent communication skills and experience working with senior members of the organization including steering committee members and sponsors Additional Information:Non-SAP skills required include: MS Project, Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, and MS Productivity tools including Word, Powerpoint etc.
