Volunteer Services - Green Bay
This person will work closely with our dedicated staff and volunteers to prepare the pantry for our daily distribution. Position is full-time, benefit eligible.
Hourly wage is negotiable and will be based on experience and performance.
Duties include:
- Overseeing, directing and leading volunteers
- Assisting with the coordination of community food drives
- Entering volunteer hours and other pantry information into
- Working with groups and leading tours as needed
- Providing support to volunteers in our interview and check-in process
- Maintaining a positive attitude while working with and serving
people in need
Required skills:- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing environment
- Concern for the poor and marginalized
- Computer skills including spreadsheets, databases and email
- Servant-leadership skills
- Decision-making ability
- Interpersonal communication and phone skills
- Spanish language skills
- Customer service experience
