SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant for our client in Caledonia, MI. The person will be responsible for supporting daily operations and assisting with project implementation. This role combines administrative tasks, project coordination, and office management to help maintain smooth and effective operations within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide daily administrative support to Senior Leadership.
  • Assist in managing special projects as assigned, ensuring timely execution and successful completion.
  • Manage information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to execute clerical duties.
  • Perform billing and invoicing processes.
  • Supervise end-to-end event planning.
  • Perform job ad posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, reference checking, and can create full documentation.
  • Assist Manager of Operations in scheduling systems and translation workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative/office role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good computer and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent time-management skills and can perform multitasking.
  • Knowledgeable with QuickBooks and payroll software tools.
  • Preferably bilingual, can speak English and Spanish.
