• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient manufacturing processes.
• Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and increase overall efficiency.
• Work closely with R&D and product design teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into the manufacturing process.
• Implement and maintain best practices in manufacturing, including lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
• CNC experience preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Commitment to quality and a keen eye for detail.
