Location:

Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid; 2 days per week in office)

Salary:

$85,000 - $100,000 base + bonus (~1 month salary) + 25% profit share

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with the CFO and Director of the Family Office to oversee financial and operational tasks.
• Manage administrative-level work as needed, while showing a willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute in various capacities.
• Handle detailed, organized processes involving confidential information with professionalism and dependability.
• Assist with accounting, tax, finance, and operational needs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Serve as a highly trusted team member performing tasks to support the family office operations.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, tax, finance, administrative, or operations backgrounds.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, motivated, and able to multitask effectively under deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate directly with executive-level leaders, including the CFO.
• Professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing confidential information.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to resourcefulness and a willingness to learn and grow.
