Product Manager

We are providing an opportunity for a Product Manager to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The primary function of this role revolves around managing our Learner Enablement Technology Products, including but not limited to, our Recruitment and Admissions application, Learner Buddy, and Salesforce Dashboard and Analytics.
This role is critical in improving our job attainment numbers from our learners within 12 months by organizing efforts across all these projects. The role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities- Oversee the entire lifecycle of software products to ensure effective management and implementation.
- Engage in the curation of technical roadmaps to guide the future direction of our products.
- Facilitate training for users to ensure they can effectively utilize our products.
- Lead change management initiatives, with a specific focus on managing stakeholder engagement.
- Manage the user community by gathering requirements, creating a user library, training users, and gathering feedback.
- Work cross-functionally with diverse groups such as tech teams, curriculum developers, and finance teams.
- Utilize Salesforce for various tasks and ensure its effective integration into our processes.
- Conduct research on products and work with vendors to ensure we are using the most effective tools.
- Document the use of our products and put together training programs and webinars.
- Oversee the steady creation and pairing down of our tech stack to ensure it continues to meet our needs. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Product Management role.
- Proficient in Salesforce Implementations and Salesforce Integration.
- Demonstrated expertise in Change Management and Organizational Change Management.
- Strong ability in Gathering Requirements, Requirements Gathering, and conducting Requirements Gathering Sessions.
- Experience in Data Gathering is essential.
- Proven track record in Cross Functional Project Management, Cross-functional integration, and building Cross-Functional Partnerships.
- Familiarity with creating and managing Application roadmaps, Business roadmaps, and Implementation roadmaps.
- Excellent skills in managing Project Stakeholders, including but not limited to Stakeholder communications, Stakeholder engagement, Stakeholder Management, and conducting Stakeholder meetings.
- Experience in working with various Stakeholders in different capacities.
- Knowledge of Software Products, Application Lifecycle Management, and Lifecycle Management.
- Experience in managing Lifecycle workflow is a must.
