The ideal candidate for this role is required to have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. A minimum of five years of experience in a supply chain department, with planning experience seen as an asset. The candidate should have solid analytical skills and a strong aptitude for working with figures and retail math.Exceptional organizational, communication, and computer skills are necessary, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a service- oriented attitude are also important. While previous experience in luxury goods is a plus.
Previous knowledge of SAP is a plus.
What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, this Senior Manager, Planning & Allocations plays a pivotal role within the Supply Chain department by monitoring inventory levels and sales trends, defining the forecast for specified categories and determining the boutique target stock for the Americas Region.Based in the New York office,
In this role, you will:
- Supervise the Manager, Indirect Planning and oversee planning of Indirect Articles, while managing their own product categories.
- Develop, monitor and provide a rolling forecast for defined product categories to ensure alignment with regional sales trends and strategic objectives. Maintain forecast accuracy in line with KPI objectives.
- Partner closely with HQ Supply Chain team to secure product for our region and to align on the forecast and global initiatives. Participate in model stock review twice a year.
- Allocate stock based on defined assortments and demands across all sales channels (retail, wholesale, e-commerce) to support sales performance
- Review and prepare partner boutique bi-monthly allocations aligning with sales trends, stock availability, demand and budget.
- Prepare reports to compare forecast values to actual sales and projections to help build the Supply Chain budget proposal
- Analyze business trends, sales and stock rotation to identify risks and opportunities and help determine action plan in collaboration with Merchandising, Marketing and Retail.
- Prepare and co-lead bi-monthly meeting to update local Executive Committee and Senior Management on the budget vs. forecast, assortment representation, stock and orders situation, and other focus topics.
- Co-lead and manage Supply Chain and Operations projects.

Expected Salary Range- $125K - $135K/ yearly
