Overview:

Part-time | Benefits eligible | 24 hours per week

The Mail Room Technician coordinates the daily functions of the Flagler Hospital mail room. Directs volunteer staff in the mail room and ensures delivery of mail to all Hospital departments in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the daily management of the mail room.
• Ensures that all mail related deadlines are met.
• Coordinates with Courier to sort and prepare mail for delivery to offsite Flagler Hospital businesses.
• Runs all certified mail at facility.
• Coordinates and directs volunteer staff that help manage the mail room.
• Delivers mail to Hospital departments.
• Assists in the delivery of AP checks.
• Prepares direct and bulk mailings including addressing, stuffing, mailing and scheduling of volunteers to assist.
• Assists in the delivery of newsletters.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/Equivalent

• 0 - 1 year Clerical, Mail Room, or Shipping/Receiving experience
