HR Specialist

We are in search of an HR Specialist to join our team in the Wholesale Distribution - Non-Durable industry located in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity with a focus on general HR tasks including payroll administration, onboarding, and talent acquisition support.

• Accurately administer payroll using ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now tools
• Assist with talent acquisition efforts utilizing ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and CRM systems
• Provide a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
• Utilize Ceridian and About Time software for HR related tasks
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy of HR processes
• Manage and maintain employee benefits functions
• Exhibit strong communication skills when interacting with team members and stakeholders
• Uphold compliance standards within all HR tasks and processes.
• Proven experience in the Wholesale Distribution
• Non-Durable industry.
• Prior role as an HR Specialist or similar position.
• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now software.
• Understanding of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.
• Experience with Ceridian HR management software.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and strategies.
• Ability to use About Time project management software.
• Previous experience in Auditing.
• Understanding of Benefit Functions within an HR framework.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Strong commitment to Compliance within the HR field.
