Description:

As a key marketing leader in this role, you will conceptualize, develop, and implement strategies supporting major enterprise-wide platforms, including Conscious Beauty and Wellness. The Manager of Integrated Marketing will play a vital role in shaping how impactful marketing executions come to life, building brand equity for both the company and its partners.

You are a marketing expert who understands the macro trends driving consumer behavior in beauty and wellness, with the ability to integrate brands into cultural conversations. You’ll be responsible for managing both promotional and brand equity campaigns across the full marketing ecosystem, collaborating across digital and physical channels to achieve targeted goals.

This role requires close partnership with the Marketing team, Merchandising, Creative, Consumer Insights, and Corporate Strategy to create strategic, measurable programs that drive collective growth metrics.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans for strategic platforms like Conscious Beauty and Wellness.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive campaign development and execution.
  • Partner with key stakeholder groups, including strategy, marketing, consumer insights, merchandising, and creative services, to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Develop and articulate Annual Business Plans, ensuring clear execution and measurable success.
  • Provide marketing thought leadership to elevate and reimagine go-to-market strategies in innovative ways.
  • Stay informed of retail trends, consumer needs, operational processes, and the competitive landscape.
  • Limited travel may be required (<10%).

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of direct consumer marketing experience required.
  • Experience managing 360-degree marketing campaigns across multiple channels and KPIs.
  • Strong leadership abilities, including team leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strategic thinker with experience in developing creative briefs and project plans.
  • Proven project management and cross-functional management skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive forward planning.
  • Strong background in analytics and data-driven business planning.
  • Expertise in consumer insight-driven strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading creative work and managing agency partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for marketing and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
