  • Use QuickBooks to manage financial records efficiently. • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Answering Multi-Line Phone System
  • Prior experience in Concierge Services
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Data Entry tasks
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in using Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word effectively
