Remote Customer Travel Support

Job Summary:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental cars
• Provide recommendations and guidance to customers on travel destinations, activities, and accommodations
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints related to travel services
• Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs and expectations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
