Responsibilities:- Efficient management and processing of customer credit applications.
- Keeping detailed and accurate records of customer credit.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Proactively monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.
- Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for various tasks.
- Conduct collections calls as required.
- Proficiency with CRM, Epic Software and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
- Perform high-level data entry tasks.
- Post payments as needed.
- Handle cash activity and cash handling functions.
- Execute billing functions and manage Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services
- CRM competency required
- Prior use of Epic Software
- Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
- Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Proficiency in Billing Functions
- Experience in Cash Activity
- Skilled in Cash Handling
- Fluency in more than one language
