- Lead and manage all phases of large construction projects, from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring project goals are met.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality, safety, and timeline adherence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and resolving any issues.
- Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and project documentation to ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
- Ensure the project adheres to safety standards, environmental regulations, and local building codes throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and progress meetings to track milestones and ensure high-quality workmanship.

The Successful Applicant- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, with a successful track record in managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in project management software, scheduling tools, and budget tracking systems to ensure efficient project execution.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety standards, and regulations to ensure compliance and high-quality results.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Strong communication skills, able to negotiate, collaborate, and provide clear updates to clients, contractors, and team members.
- Ability to manage complex contracts, including understanding legal documents, change orders, and ensuring financial control.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a strong commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
