Job Description

Oversee daily field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate and manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and enforce company safety standards on-site.
Review and approve project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and proper resource allocation.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that arise.
Develop and implement project-specific procedures, processes, and protocols for efficiency.
Maintain communication with clients, project managers, and senior leadership on project progress.
Ensure proper documentation, including reports and records, are maintained for each project.

The Successful Applicant

7+ Years of experience in a superintendent, senior superintendent, or related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be the point of contact for repeat clientele
Experience running work in the field valued at $2M+
Most importantly - a passion for construction!
