Responsibilities- Operate and monitor machinery to produce high-quality synthetic fibers according to specifications.
- Adjust production parameters to maintain consistency and meet quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in product development and process improvements as needed.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
