Staffing coordinator assistant

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Staffing Coordinator Assistant in Columbia, Maryland. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in recruiting, managing metrics, and maintaining organizational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive phone outreach, managing 300-500 calls weekly
• Actively recruit for various roles such as Social Workers, Addiction Counselors, etc.
• Maintain and manage metrics and numbers on a weekly basis, ensuring targets are met
• Handle pressure effectively and adapt to varying situations
• Utilize MS Excel for data management and organizational tasks
• Credentialing responsibilities as part of the recruitment process
• Maintain flexibility in work approach, adapting to changing priorities as needed
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
• Maintain precise customer credit records
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required. • Possess proficient skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook
• Ability to compose professional correspondence and manage emails effectively
• Experience in recruiting and staffing coordination
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
• Capable of handling confidential information with discretion
• Must demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
• Familiarity with HR software and databases would be a plus.
