Responsibilities:
- Schedule and participate in meetings, taking detailed notes and providing action step recaps for various teams.
- Develop and oversee project timelines and workflows related to store design and seasonal visual experience initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Brand Operations to align project milestones and deliverables across departments.
- Organize and maintain the Visual Experience SharePoint for improved cross-functional and regional collaboration.
- Schedule and distribute toolkits to regional teams.
- Lead bi-weekly meetings, developing agendas that balance both Global and Regional priorities.
- Manage relationships and communications with external vendors, covering store design, toolkit creation, and visual experience deliverables.

Required Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Workfront, or similar project and data management tools.
