Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and appellate briefs, as appropriate.
- Perform thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client advocacy.
- Collaborate with colleagues and staff to ensure comprehensive case preparation.
- Prepare for mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the State Bar of California in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience.
- Strong knowledge of California civil procedure, rules of evidence, and litigation processes.
