Medical Secretary - Therapy department
Responsibilities:
Experience with EMR, medical sceduling and insurance portals required.
Bilingual spanish speaking capabilities strongly preferred.
The Secretary is responsible for providing customer service, administrative support and clerical support. Duties include, but are not limited to, answering and routing calls, greeting and directing visitors, scheduling appointments, typing, filing, scanning, preparing correspondences, organizing and coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies, sorting and distributing mail, collecting information, etc.The responsibilities for this role may vary slightly depending on departmental needs. The Secretary is expected to assist in other activities as needed or assigned.

Education Requirements- Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.

- OR - GED - OR
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
- Medical Secretary experience
- Bi-Lingual panish speaking
