As an HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role by leading efforts in recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and compliance. This is an exceptional chance to grow alongside a forward-thinking team and make a meaningful impact!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Manage employee relations and performance issues, with a focus on fostering employee engagement and development.
- Assist in compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
- Handle leave of absence management and workers' compensation claims as required.
- Administer benefits and ensure their effective distribution.
- Leverage ADP
- Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS
- Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and Dayforce systems to streamline HR processes.
- Develop strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication within the organization.
- Implement and manage onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Utilize skills in Corporate Recruiting and FMLA to enhance HR functions.
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
- Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Experience with Ceridian and Dayforce software
- Understanding of Benefit Functions
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Compliance regulations and practices
- Experience in Employee Relations and handling FMLA procedures
- Previous experience in Corporate Recruiting
- Proficiency in Onboarding new employees
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Relevant HR certifications would be a plus.
