The team is accountable for building the functionality to track and report progress on sustainability goals as well as improving processes related to sourcing sustainable goods and materials. The BA contractor will be a member of the IT ESG scrum team responsible for the elicitation, refinement, and documentation of user stories.Core Responsibilities include: Analyzes complex cross functional business processes and defines business and functional requirements in the form of Features and User Stories Creates product team deliverables, including business process maps, data flow diagrams, user journey maps, and use case scenarios, using industry standard techniques Facilitates and contributes to team backlog refinement, including user story documentation, estimation & testing considerations Collaborates on the creation of test cases Acts as a functional SME for business stakeholders and the scrum team Communicates effectively with senior Business stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs, articulate business impact and evaluate alternative business solutions Coordinates activities across cross-functional teams (Business and IT)Required Experience and Skills: 5-10 years IT BA experience.
