Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row Gilbert is looking for our next great Assistant General Manager!
We're searching for a candidate who can:
- Support day-to-day operations in partnership with the General Manager, ensuring operational excellence, driving revenue, and supporting client relations.
- Maintain and foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with staffing/onboarding efforts and other administrative duties.
- Maintain a safe and respectful work environment for all guests and employees.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Perform other supportive functions as needed.
- Previous leadership experience in restaurants, nightlife, or other related fields.
- Strong servant leadership qualities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- A guest-oriented mindset.
- Required food and alcohol manager certifications (Title 4 Basic, Title 4 Management, Food Manager).
