The Role – Fleet Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Sales Administrator to join our team at Bolton Kia. The ideal candidate will support our fleet sales team, serving as a point of contact for customers and brokers, ensuring efficient operations, and delivering excellent customer service.

As a Fleet Administrator, accuracy, organisation and prioritisation are key. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, processing customer orders and undertaking all administrative tasks in a smooth and efficient manner.

Main duties and responsibilities
  • Monitor, process and complete all fleet sales orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery and update relevant systems
  • Liaise with customers, Brokers and logistics companies to efficiently book delivery of new cars
  • Liaise with the workshop to prepare vehicles
  • Accurately invoice and register vehicles and send payout packs to the funders
  • Assist with accounts payments and queries
  • Manage the internal fleet, courtesy cars, company cars and demonstrators
  • Provide administrative support to the Fleet sales team as required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Respond to queries and updates from Brokers and Leasing Companies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable in a changing enviroment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Full, clean driving licence
