Help Desk Analyst

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in the technology industry, located in Browns Mills, New Jersey. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to staff, students, and parents.
You will also be involved in various activities in the Computer Services department, including troubleshooting, project coordination, and equipment management.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for all technology support requests, providing immediate assistance or escalating issues when necessary.
- Respond to service requests through various channels such as ticket system, email, voicemail, or SMS.
- Document all actions taken in the ticketing platform and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize supplies and equipment.
- Prepare training materials and contribute to the knowledge base with step-by-step guides.
- Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting of technical issues, demonstrating proficiency with Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, and Microsoft Active Directory.
- Manage hardware returns and coordinate vendor communications.
- Participate in technology audits and equipment distribution/collection.
- Support administration of various platforms, handling password resets, user assistance, and other related tasks.
- Monitor system logs, escalate failures, and track service renewals and license quantities. • Proficiency in Android Development
- Knowledge and experience with Cisco Technologies
- Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
- Proficiency in using Mac Computers
- Expertise in Microsoft software and applications
- Experience with Active Directory
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Apple Devices
- Understanding of Computer Hardware
- Skills in Configuration Management
- Experience with Deployments
