Our client is a massive and historical fund manager with a legacy of investing in innovation to change the world for the better.

• Oversee quarter-end and annual financial records for management companies, including proposing and reviewing journal entries.
• Handle quarterly reporting tasks such as flux analysis, net fee income calculations, and distribution processes.
• Supervise the external accounting and invoice processing team.
• Lead the internal budgeting process, monitor budget vs. actual results, and review findings with team leads.
• Review, monitor, and authorize vendor invoices.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate expense policies.
• Approve and review expense reports.
• Manage corporate credit cards and associated processes.
• Qualifications:
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with public accounting experience; CPA preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience in venture capital or private equity is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills; familiarity with ERP systems (particularly Intacct) is beneficial.
• Proficiency in applying key accounting standards.
• Strong financial reporting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to and manage tight deadlines.
• Must thrive in a dynamic, intellectually demanding, and deadline-focused environment.
• Strong business judgment and integrity.
