Job Description- Manage the day-to-day HR operations for the plant, overseeing a team of 3 HR staff members.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations, including safety, wage, and benefits compliance.
- Oversee employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for a diverse workforce.
- Develop and implement employee training programs, performance management systems, and career development initiatives.
- Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and implement effective solutions to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, including annual reviews and benefit enrollment processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidential information is handled securely.
- Coordinate with management to align HR practices with overall business goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure the plant maintains a safe and healthy working environment by supporting workplace safety programs and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification is a plus.
