We are looking for an Account Manager who has prior experience working with and supporting Senior Executives and VIP users within an organization. The Account Manager would be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with assigned clients or customers, meeting measured growth goals, and overall client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates would have a strong background in sales and customer service, with fundamental IT Solution knowledge. Experience in technology accounts would be a plus.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  2. Understand the client's business needs and objectives.
  3. Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
  1. Account Growth:
  1. Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
  2. Develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability within existing accounts.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  1. Communication:
  1. Clearly communicate the progress of account initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with clients.
  3. Provide regular updates on account status and performance.
  1. Strategic Planning:
  1. Develop account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  1. Customer Satisfaction:
  1. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Address customer concerns and proactively work to prevent issues.
  3. Gather feedback from clients to improve products or services.
  1. Analysis Trends and Metrics for assigned account and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop plans for improvement and growth.

Desired Experience: Technical Sales Certification desired, If pursuing must be completed within 1 year of employment

Minimum of 2 years of experience working account management and customer service experience

Knowledge, Skills and abilities: Ability to provide consistently excellent customer service and professionalism.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to quickly assess situations to pinpoint the scope/source of technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Must be dependable and able to work both individually and in a team environment.
Must possess a strong sense of ownership of client relationships.

Positively represent the company to clients and always provide empathetic and friendly customer service.

Possesses excellent time management

Must be able to act and display a sense of urgency as appropriate.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $44,177.00 - $55,000.00 per year
