Position Summary:

As a Comfort Advisor, you will be the face of Whipple Service Champions to our valued customers. You will provide exceptional customer service, educate customers on our products and services, and assist them in selecting the ideal comfort solutions for their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Actively listen to customers' needs and concerns.
• Provide clear and informative product demonstrations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Sales:
• Meet or exceed HVAC sales targets.
• Promote and sell our range of comfort products, including heating, cooling, and air quality solutions.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our products and services.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay up-to-date on the latest products, technologies, and industry trends.
• Accurately answer customer questions about product features, specifications, and pricing.
• Teamwork:
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve common goals.
• Participate in training and development programs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
