Job Overview:

As an LCSW at Hopeful Minds Counseling Services-Corp, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and well-documented and on-time notes to help clients achieve personal growth and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducted comprehensive assessments to collect information about clients' backgrounds, issues, and goals.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and preferences.
  • Provide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families to address mental health concerns, relationship issues, and life transitions.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on current research, training, and best practices in the field.

Requirements:

  • Valid LCSW license in Oregon.
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure therapy experience.
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • On-time notes and documentation
  • Commitment to cultural competency and providing culturally sensitive care.
  • Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines.
