Data Engineer

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Engineer in Villanova, Pennsylvania. The individual will be a crucial part of our team, working mainly with data management and analysis in diverse sectors. The role includes a wide range of responsibilities such as managing campaign data warehouses, validating and optimizing campaign data, and advancing our data interchange efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Management and optimization of campaign data warehouses.
• Identification, analysis, and interpretation of trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Execution of ad-hoc analysis and clear presentation of results.
• Advancement of data interchange efforts and reporting.
• Validation, cleansing, harmonization, and optimization of campaign data.
• Utilization of strong SQL skills and understanding of relational and columnar database concepts.
• Experience with ETL tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools and/or data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Application of an analytical mind capable of creative problem-solving.
• Maintenance of current knowledge on new technology advancements and analytical trends. • Proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes is essential.
• Must be experienced in SQL (Structured Query Language).
• Capability to perform data visualization is required.
• Familiarity with Tableau software is necessary.
• Experience with Snowflake platform is desirable.
• Must possess strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and manage data workflows.
• Must have good problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with other data management tools and programming languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
