We are looking for a motivated Shipping|Inventory Technician to join our team full time in Conshohocken, PA. The incoming technician will be responsible for driving the daily flow of work for other shipping and ensuring that we do not run out of inventory for our customers.

Duties: Drive daily flow of work for shipping and inventory customer needs
Responsible for daily product shipmentsAll inventory related work such as incoming product inspection, product returns, preparing boxes
Stocking up shelves with product and product related supplies
Inventory Management & Reporting
Daily shipping out of Zoho Inventory
Receiving and inspection of incoming inventory
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
Monitor inventory levels to ensure that we do not run out of critical products
Coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery of products
Work with production teams to identify product needs and ensure that products are available when needed
Receive and inspect incoming products to ensure they meet quality standards
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory audits
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that products are distributed to the correct locations
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for product storage, handling, and tracking
Starting job duties on time, staying on the job throughout the assigned shift to complete duties properly, and attending all scheduled meetings and appointments.Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP|CGTP, other relevant regulations|standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of shipping processes and Inventory management systems
Strong computer skills with MS Office and other ERP Inventory experienceDetailed Oriented
Understanding |Basic excel skills
Experience in Adobe PDF and file storage discipline
Medical Device| pharmaceutical background or experience is a plus
Compensation (range): $23 -$25 | hourBenefits: 401(k)
